Fixing the Non-Canon Fleet in Star Trek: Picard

There were two glaring canonical errors in Star Trek Picard season 2.
1. That the Starfleet of the turn of the century had more than one ship class.
2. That the ships weren't moving correctly as established in Flappy Voyager.
So I fixed both issues using Marc Bell's Inquiry-class asset - the one true canon ship of the 25th century.
